Hi, my name is osrbsj! Looking for support after permanent brace put on leg
I am recently disabled through a sarcoma on my leg. I had surgery to remove it and in order to get rid of the cancer my muscle and nerves were also removed leaving me having to wear a brace on my leg for the rest of my life. I have been ‘grieving’ since and am currently going through wanting my leg back the way it used to…

Noise Stress almost unbearable
Hello, I just signed up because I'm desperate to talk to someone about this. Normally…

Feeling a bit isolated/not sure where to go
This is a bit of a downer for our first post but we need to get it out. Our name is Circulatory, we’re 22, and we’re disabled in lots of ways. We get a lot of support but some of our problems we don’t have support with because we regularly fall between services (being too high-needs for one and not high-needs enough for…

My mattress, the topper, and falling out of bed
My orthopaedic mattress, which was quite pricey, is the worst mattress I've had because it slips to one side of the bed. On top of the mattress, I have a lovely orthopaedic topper. That tends to slip to the side of the mattress. On a few occasions, I've ended up on the floor during the night. Is there anything to keep…

I'd prefer Android to Apple…

Having bad nights.
I am currently struggling at night with sleeping. I am currently unable to wear my ventilator at night when I go to sleep. As a result, I am waking up a lot (sometimes every hour or not even an hour), having a nightmare most times that I fall asleep throughout the night, and I'm waking up with huge headaches (sometimes…
