International women's day

I've not been on in a while but couldn't help but post today.

Social media seems alight with posts for International Women's Day, so of course out come the opposition too.

What are your views? Were you aware of International Women's Day? Do you care? 

Have women gained enough equality that is isn't 'needed'?
