What would happen if you just didn’t fill in or send your UC50 form or if you did but then just didn’t turn up for the assessment? Would all benefits be cut or would you still get housing element and basic living element?

Potentially you can be found fit for work. This means if you’re UC includes the LCWRA element this would stop. The rest of your UC will continue as normal.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
