RE bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace

Been working in this hell for 2 years now and its made me feel 's' word. I have never been in a job which has made me feel like this before. You are expected to put on a fake smile for mystery shopper. I have multiple disabilities, cognitive, mental and physical, which I have told manager and leaders. Accommodations were promised but not put in action, even with a restricted duty note.

Have had to escalate by email to our ops manager, whom I had a meeting with, and whom told me how concerned about missing payments he was. Since then nothing. No investigation, no payments, nothing.

I have had another leader tell me how she was being discriminated against, and know multiple staff members who are unhappy and want to leave.

I have contacted ACAs for advice, and typically its like talking to an AI assistant. I quit my last job because of similar issues, but that was in a massive garage, this is in a small shop. At least I had space there.

I feel after 2 years I need to be the person who stands up, but for the last 20 years I have been broken myself. This job will finish me off. I really don't know what to do anymore. I am in the deepest, darkest pits of dispair. Any advice or comforting words would help
