Change of name UC/PIP

Hello, I claim UC and PIP and changed my first name by Deed Poll.
However, I have not proceeded changing my name anywhere, because I am afraid how much of a pain UC/PIP will be.
Due to my condition (Mental Health) I can not exit home, and I worry particularly UC will tell me to take my Deed Poll to the Jobcentre, and I cant go there and never did. Also I cant find clear information what papers they will ask apart from the Deed Poll.
Can anyone advise if the procedure can be done online, and if the Deed Poll is enough or they will need more supporting documents?

When i changed my name by deed poll many years ago all i needed to send was the deed poll itself and nothing else. For your UC if you have access to a journal they should be able to provide a link to send it to them. For PIP you will need to post a copy of it to them. https://deedpolloffice.com/change-name/who-to-tell/organisations
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thanks Poppy

Not sure if I will need to make two requests on my UC account separately, one for name and one for bank details... -
Providing your actual bank account number and sort code doesn't change then you will not need to provide any evidence for this because the only thing that's changing is your name.

One more question. As said, I was putting this off for quite some time as the process also involves some getting out of the house (bank needs me in person for the change) and I'm really struggling doing that.
I made my deed poll in April. Haven't changed a thing. Should i make a new deed poll? -
As you already have the deed poll you don't need another.
