Awarded LCWRA, previous Coach appointment stuck

I got LCWRA, but before I was awarded LCWRA there was an appointment booked with my work coach. This is now due next week, and since LCWRA means I dont have to attend appointments I feel it should and may be is cancelled but stuck on my journal.
The problem is the work coach wont reply to my question whether this appointment is still happening and worse of all, I worry he wont call (on his system cancelled) and UC will see this as missed appointment somehow? and affect my next payment?
I have left messages to the work coach. no reply since last week.
What should I do? Is it something to worry about?

Any appointments that were booked should have been cancelled when the decision letter was uploaded onto your journal. They must have forgot to cancel it. As you now don't have a work coach then getting someone to reply to any messages is easier said than done.As you correctly said you do not need to attend any appointments because you were found to have LCWRA. All you can do really is put another message onto your journal and remind them that you have LCWRA and do not need to attend any work focused interviews. Hopefully someone will see it and cancel the appointment before it's due to take place, i've known this happen too.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thanks @poppy123456 I have sent messages to 3 different people about it.
Do you think if this stay there, and the day come and go the system may think I failed to attend and cause me problems with my payment? -
You can't be sanctioned for not attending a work focused interview because you were found to have LCWRA.

I understand that. But it also shouldn't be there anymore. We'll see I guess, next week. Thank you Poppy.

Yes, i know it shouldn't be but as i advised, someone has obviously forgot to remove it, it does happen.

When this happened to me last year, I had a journal reply (from service center) confirming I didn't have to attend, they also said that there was no option to cancel the appointment.
I was warned that it may show as "failed to attend", which it did.
Nothing happened as a consequence. -

I received this tonight at 7:36pm. I have been on LCWRA for 4 yrs and recently had renewed PIP last July until 2028(I know I can be interviewed at any point) .. Does this journal message seem generic, or are they considering an appointment?. I ask this as I did post a reply(though it mentions not to per se) as I cannot attend outbound appointments easily at all. This is all backed up with evidence and Hospital cancellations galore!.. I asked them ,should I need an appointment for any reason, do I need to ask my gp for a note or could they contact the surgery etc, as I would need a home visit. To enable DWP to continue to offer the best personalised service to all customers, there will be a change to the office you attend. From Monday 13 November 2023 Bedford Manton Lane Jobcentre Plus Office will be closed. All appointments will be at Bedford Wyvern House Jobcentre Plus. The address is: Your work coach will notify you when you need to attend an appointment on this site. If you are asked to attend it is important that you do so. Your payments will not be affected by this change, and you can still use your online account. This is for information only – please do not contact your Work Coach.

@Middleton it’s difficult to read that message due to the format used to upload it here.Looks like a group message sent to everyone at your local Job centre. You have no commitments so you can ignore it, it doesn’t apply to you.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Just to update this, I sent multiple messages on my journal (work coach, payments, appointments), nobody replied so I called the UC line and choose the Appointments option.
I spoke with a very helpful gentleman who composed (while on the phone) and sent an email to my jobcentre explaining all. Shortly after I got a message on my journal the appointment was canceled.
Phew!
