I've been trying to call pip for 5 days...cuts off every time after around 14. 15 minutes.?.. help.!

They ringing as soon as they open at 9am. I rang them last week and got through in about 15 minutes.1

Thanks for the reply... since Wednesday I've tried.. take's you all through security every time.. and exactly after 15 minutes approx.....cuts off..!0

Good afternoon.. not really...but the most obvious sign something isn't right is that its always cutting out on 14 or 15 minutes.... after all the security pass information0

That did happen to me once when trying to ring them last week. I did give up that time as it was after 11am. Decided to try again the following morning at 9am and got through no problem. All you can do really is keep trying.0
