Apparently in 2022/23 12 million people in the UK were officially living in absolute poverty, that's around 1 in 6 of the population, is it just me or is that a total and utter disgrace ? This is happening in the worlds 5th richest country.
Something must be done.

It's been a couple of years of various things knocking the very delicate balance out of whack and it's all coming tumbling down now.  I'm hoping a new government will be able to start building the country back up again.
