PIP Review - Sections that Doesn't Apply
When I complete my review, for the irrelevant sections that I have no needs (ie Preparing food) do I leave them Blank it write "no change"?

I put "N/A" in the totally irrelevant sections
The sections where there is no change, it's advised to treat it as a new claim and fully explain what is wrong, even if it's the same as last time you claimed

Thank you all, and yes I did treat it as a new claim, in fact it looks a lot better compared to the original claim, clean throughout, with good examples since the award, some deterioration that has occurred, a range of new medical evidences, new added medication and therapies that I started in the meanwhile, and at the same time ensured things that previously were misunderstood are now more to the point and clear.
Nothing changed in terms what descriptors I claim for, but at the same time when compared to the initial award, it demonstrates, even to the medical untrained eye of the decision maker, my life long conditions (Autism with a series of Psychotic disorders) are here to stay, hence I definitely still need the support.
So yeah, I would be confident for it even if it was a new claim.
