Lost PIP award letter

I'm a bit rubbish with paperwork and can't find my PIP award letter anywhere and I don't know what my reassessment date is. I'm in a new build and post doesn't arrive all the time so I'm panicking that what if they send me a reassessment and I don't get it and don't know it's due.

Is there a way to get a copy of the award letter without phoning them?

I wish so much that they made all this stuff available online. Imagine a live chat option as an alternative to telephone!! Most companies now do this, it's crazy PIP doesn't when there are so many disabled people who would find this more accessible. Even a non-real time option like the UC journal or a reliable email would be better

Oh I can totally empathise here @Biblioklept I'm terrible at losing the award letters!
I do think a live chat option could be a total game changer for so many of us who're phone-phobic. I think calling is the only known solution, but would it be possible to write to them using the address on the other PIP related letters?
Though they are leaving a fair amount of time now when they send out review reminders, as there's such a backlog, so I doubt the post would take that long.
