hi , please can someone kindly explain and confirm if the person is awarded daily living pip and mobility then they can get rental coverage for one bed flat ? Does the UC have to cover the cost of renting the one bed flat ?

If you're privately renting which I think you are and you're under the age of 35 daily living PIP will entitle you to 1 bedroom rate of local Housing Allowance. (LHA) You will be responsible for paying any shortfall of rent.
If you're 35 or over then you'll still be entitled to the 1 bedroom rate of LHA even without a daily living PIP award.
It's very rare for the whole of your rent to be covered when privately renting.
