Erection Help & Advice Wanted

Greetings from Milton Keynes man. About 10 years ago I gave up my job to become the main carer for my wife until her death. So no intimacy possibly for over 10 years as she was a wheelchair user etc. I have now found someone from Nigeria that I am due to marry shortly. But I am a Type 2 Diabetic and probably have Parkinson's Disease so I have found a very brave lady taking me on and as I am typing this my head is bobbling and my left hand shaking but never mind as I am still functioning. To add to this I have gone completely impotent so I can't do the husband - wife deed which is very important to us. No proper morning woods, no rising to the occasion just 50 or 100 failures to boast of. Sildenafil, Tadalfil & Testosterone Gel has not transformed me into an elderly porn star. The penis has not gone from the floor to the ceiling. Incidentally should I ever need a full time carer, my lady would have to be in the UK for 3 years before she could receive Carer's Allowance!
Today, 28 February 2025, I finally saw a urologist who said the MUSE pellets that are placed in the urethra are currently unavailable and only injections directly into the penis are available for me on the NHS. I am squeamish and don't like injections, particularly somewhere as delicate as the penis. The urologist said he would refer me to a specialist nurse at another hospital who would teach me about injecting myself but he did not know if the nurse would even accept a referral from another hospital. Makes me think he was new to working in this region as he does not know the rules here? He said that he could write out a prescription for a penis vacuum pump but the NHS would not fund this and I would have to pay myself. When I got home I checked up and my reading of below (much text removed by me. Original is much longer), indicates I was told wrongly. Please help clarify if this is nationwide and up to date.
