There is nothing to be embarrassed about, Kenny. Men should feel able to talk about their sexual problems.
I hope someone can offer some suggestions, but I have a feeling that sexual health is still a taboo subject for many.

There's nothing to be embarrassed about. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is indeed widespread, particularly among men over 40. Research by the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS found that 50-55% of British men between 40 and 70 have some level of ED. While ED is more common in older men, it can also affect younger individuals, with some studies finding that up to 26% of men under 40 experience erection problems.
Do you know whether you've an underlying health condition that's the root cause of your ED or contributing to it, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease (CKD), nerve damage, hormone imbalances, high cholesterol, or obesity, being on dialysis, etc.,?
Is your problem mainly the mechanical aspect, or are you lacking the feeling, attraction, or appetite to have sex?
Have spoken with your GP?
