Has anyone sued the NHS for the brain damage inflicted on their child? Is there a way of having the situation independently analyzed before hiring lawyers? My daughter has severe brain damage (HIE) due to asphyxia. She is still a baby but we worry that later she may need money as she may not ever work or live…
