Hi, I currently work self employed part time as a support broker helping disabled people and the elderly find the care and support they need to live a fulfilled and independent life be it at home or in the community.
I would also like to get into the field of disability awareness training as I feel I have a lot to offer but at the moment I'm finding it difficult to find these organisations.
I have tried Enhance the UK, Employability and Disability Right UK. They have all said that they haven;t got any positions at the moment.
Therefore I was wondering if anyone on here knows of any other people/organisations I could contact who may be willing to take me on as a trainer.
Many Thanks,
David

Hey,
Have you contacted a local DIAL group? They often do disability awareness training for their local areas. It's worth seeing if there's one near you (http://www.scope.org.uk/Support/services-directory)!
