Denbighshire County Council are refurbishing and redeveloping the Nova Centre, and it is due to open again in the summer. I asked them a while ago to think about how accessible it is, and if they could put in a Changing Places room. They have looked at the plans again, and made some alterations - not quite a 'Changing Place Loo' but there is going to be a large changing area with a bed, and pool hoists - brilliant news!
