I was diagnosed with Parkinsons in 2001 and want to share experiences and ideas with others. I am particularly interested in the way lifestyle affects the symptoms of Parkinsons and believe there is a lot more individuals can do to help themselves. I am enthusiastic about the Dance for Parkinsons that has been brought to Ipswich by the Engish National Ballet and takes place at Dance East every Wednesday.
