I began dancing with the English National Ballet three years ago in their studios in Kensington. At the time I lived in Chelmsford and was able to travel every Saturday to take part. It was a long way but worth it. Recently they have collaborated with Dance East in Ipswich and started up classes every Wednesday afternoon. People who go to Dance for Parkinsons are all agreed that they feel enormous benefit. It helps with balance, flexibility, reduction of tremor and Dyskenesia, and general confidence. To find out more telephone Dance East on 01473 295 230 or e-mail info@danceeast.co.uk
