Hi there... I'm new to this and hope posting in the right place! My two year old daughter has made some small steps of progress over the past year with lots of intervention but I'm still concerned with her hands and touch. She has no vision and is very sensitive to noise and touch but I would really like some practical ideas to help her to use her hands to 'see' and play. Her hands have relaxed slightly from tight fists by her chest and when she is happy she will hit things but only with her left hand/wrist. I'd love her to hold toys. We do plenty of messy play with her (she hates it!!) and TACPAC and the OT has shown me some massage techniques but just wondering if anyone has had any joy with anything else. Many thanks in advance!
