Hi, I am a yoga teacher and work with adults/ children with special needs in a small group or one to one . We carry out breathing exercises , yoga postures to improve strength, flexibility and focus and relaxation techniques . Sessions are tailored to the group or individual and can be chair or floor based . I am based in Leigh on sea . Contact@ aromatherapies.org.uk
