I have a heart condition, cops brain injury and blind in my left eye, following an axe attack. Asthma, weakened left sided ie to a bleed on the brain . Nerve damage, and have just been diagnosed with erosive gastritis. I am also having on going support for alcohol consumption. ( which I have reduced greatly). All I can get is low rate dla for care and mobility. How can others get high rate for far less physical disabilities
