As part of my MA degree in Sociology at Leeds university, am exploring the relationship between poverty within families where there is a disabled child for my dissertation research project.
The method I am using to gather data to answer my research question is questionnaires that I am going to create on survey monkey. I would be grateful if you would give me consent for carers to complete the questionnaires. I have received ethical approval from the university for me to gather data.
