in Start here and say hello!
Hello! I've been physically disabled since 2007 (and have had ADHD for much longer), and I'm joining to learn more about coping techniques for those times when I'm tethered to the bed and managing the symptoms of my spine disorders. I also want to better understand how to manage expectations and/or gauge when one is ready to date again.
