Helping my 5 year old daughter walk,talk,and sit up on her own

My daughter is 5 years old and has been diagnosed with CP at birth we have been going to physical therapy and speech therapy and nothing seems to work she makes noise but I can't understand what she is saying we live in North Carolina  if anyone knows of any physical therapist and/or speech therapist between North Carolina and Virginia please drop their information   THANKS!
