Hi Cadbury
I work as an Information & Advice Worker for Scope.
Can I suggest you ring our Freephone Helpline on 0808 800 3333 and one of our benefits advisors will be able to talk you through the process and help to answer any questions you may have.
There is help out there so don't worry you're not on your own.
All the best
Olli

Hi @Cadbury,
You can ask for a home assessment if one is needed. Just inform the ATOS or Capita office which arranges the assessments as soon as you can, to explain that a home visit will be required.
