hello im new to this ive got my f2f appointment tomorrow im worried silly i suffer with depression and self harm i dont know wot to expect please help

When I had my appointment they talked through different activities and the help I needed to do things. They did a lot if typing!
then they asked me to do certain actions looked lifting my arms up, standing up and sitting down. I hope that helps you. -

Most important thing is to be prepared to talk about how your condition affects you. It might be useful to have a friend or family member there to support you.
