Wondering if I can claim everything

Hi everbody i was woudering if i could claim anything as im not working i got made redundant in November last year and i can asthma copd arthritis in all my joints awaiting surgery for a prolapse and my bladder and bowl and waiting to find out whats wrong with my knee had scans and mri as there a lump in side had carpal tunneldone if left wrist and have problems with all my joints im depressed and it just goes on and on so could any body help me please
