    So far I think the best if to learn to relax in a life. 
    Avoid any stress situation or people who can destroy the feeling of calmness in our life. Once the body and mind is relax it respond to pains with less intensity. 

    Finding a passion, hobby could bring the relieve as well as the person is concentrating in performing even little staff (creativity, writing) so the brain is getting distracted from paining attention to body signals. 

    Taking a hot bath bring the body relax and help with decreasing the strength of pains as well. 

    These are the most tips which work in my case. 

    Please share if you have any tips.
