I am trying to get back into work after over two years unemployed with MS and epilepsy. I have set up as a disability holiday consultant, opening the adventure travel industry up to disabled travellers like myself. I would be HUGELY grateful if any of you could fill in this short 11-14 question survey about your travel dreams and disability to help me on my new venture. Please be assured that no personal information will be shared with anyone. Thanks so much for filling this in and please share!! Elspeth Knight
