Myself and my fiance live in Hartlepool, Cleveland, which is a full service area. My fiance rang up the number to claim income related ESA only for us to discover that we are on universal credit as it's taken over income related ESA, which is making it even more difficult for us to budget our money as we get paid monthly.
We are also struggling as PIP decided that my fiance is no longer entitled to disability benefits even though he's dyslexic.
Help as we don't know if we are entitled to any other benefits as I have used the online benefits calculator, but they are too difficult for me to understand.
