Pension credit

Our pension credit guarantee has been stopped today with no letter or reason given, I did contact them two weeks ago as a private pension had increased by 75p per week. Went to check today and nothing in bank.

Sorry to hear this @sueanddave, hopefully our Benefits Advisor will be able to advise you on this.

Hi @sueanddave
Ouch!
I think the best course of action is for you to call the Pension Service and find out their view as to why the payment has not come in - may be the they're just having to re-calibrate your award with your amended pension, but best not to speculate really.
If you're still unsure after calling them please re-post.
Kind regards,
Mary
