Council say we earn too much

I'm registered disabled and working 16hrs at 7.80 ph on 40 weeks a yr my husband is on 7 and 1/2 contract on 8.50 ph and the council say we earn to much and not entitled to any benefits plz help us

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. As Steve suggested, the benefits calculator could be a good way of assessing what benefits you might be entitled to, due to your circumstances.
