You sound like an amazing person to be able to cope with the trails you have had
The two main benefits are paid not on the condition your have but your inability to do things
ESA is the benefit for people that are unable to work due to sickness or disability
PIP is the benefit that helps people who have difficulty with everyday tasks or mobility and can be paid to people who work full time.
There is plenty of info on this site about both please have a look around and come back with any questions

As others have said ... generally it is not the condition itself that affects entitlement, but rather it is the way your condition affects you that is important for health and disability benefits.
Unfortunately it's a rather negative experience as we have to focus on the things that we can't do or are difficult. And the rules are very complex of course. I would suggest you do the self test and benefits calculation as others have already mentioned. When it comes to the detail of your case i'm afraid we won't be able to discuss this online and i would suggest you contact a local advice service if you need help beyond online.
Best wishes
