Hi, I've just had a tribunal for sea and passed with 21points, how much less Will I be entitled to.

Where you already in one of the 2 ESA groups prior to this tribunal hearing ?
It would depend on which descriptors you scored the points for, as that can sometimes determine which group you are placed in

Hi , just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes toget esa back once won apeal ? I phone esa and they have said to still sign on because they might appeal against tributes ,and i will also have toget a mentall certificate its been nearly 3 weeks since my appeal and i still dont know whats going on , please if anyone can help me has i am driving myself mad with worrying, thanks before hand for anyhelp x

DWP usually take 5-8 weeks to put a tribunal decision into payment
