Daily diary

Please forgive me as I’m sure this subject has already been discussed.
How many people have actually kept a daily diary before their assessment?
also did the assessor take it with her/him as more evidence or was it just glanced at.
  I’m thinking of writing one but don’t want to bother if it’s not going to be taken into consideration

    Hi Lillybelle....I didn't keep a daily diary but I found out as much information as I could about my most serious disability [I have several] and took it along to my assessment. The assessor kept it and seemed to take a keen interest and my claim was upheld thank goodness.  It still didn't help having to go through months of worry but it did work out ok in the end.  Hope all goes well for you.
