Are you or someone you know, living with a Disability? I am looking for 2 case studys to take part in an 8 week Exercise and Rehabilitation program for my course.
This is completely free but you must be comfortable with being filmed and pictured.
The Unit where the training takes place is a purpose built private unit based in stockport, with ground floor access and parking.
Due to it being a private training facility, your session can completely private and closed for the hour you are in with me.
