PIP isn't awarded based on a diagnosis, it depends on how those conditions affect them daily. It's different to DLA and you can't compare 2 people. Lots of people claim PIP for ADHD and mental health. As the MR decision remained the same you now have 28 days to request the Tribunal. For this you need to fill out the SSCS1 form and send the MR decision letter with it, otherwise they will refuse the Tribunal.

Expect a very long wait as a lot of people are waiting several months and more for  hearing date. I'd advise you to get some help with this from your local CAB or the other disability advise centre. Good luck.

There's no harm in sending the evidence in, copies only of course. Is there any reasons why you didn't send the evidence before? Please be aware of the time frame for the Tribunal request.
