Hi . I've just joined the discussion site . I have researched ways of running when individuals either have weaker legs or a lack of coordination. I have seen 'running bike' frames used by people with cerebral palsy. Does any member of the team have any knowledge of them ? It seems that there are clubs set up in the North and Scotland. I'd like to try one. I have left sided weakness after three strokes but used to be a keen sportsman

Hi @paullambert111, and a warm welcome to the community!
Thanks for sharing this with us- it's not something I have knowledge of myself, but perhaps @Richard_Scope could advise? -
Thanks for tagging me into this conversation @Pippa_Scope and hi @paullambert111.
I have no experience of running bikes myself but here is a useful link to information about them from CP Sport at the bottom of the page is a link to a manufacturer.
