    Hi I was receiving ib and was moved to esa...they sent me letter for dates 2012 2013...about premiums owed...I been on dla from being 15 .I'm now 48...I never recieved Diss premiums... had no savings and I'm single..how much I'm I expecting .. well with receiving this form ..I'm hoping to get bk dated premiums... they also stopped my esa in July 2015 ..I appealed and won...but they cldnt give me esa cos I was forced to claim uc...  ps the letter I filled out was for 2012 - 2013 ..when I was on ib then moved to esa... tia

    Hi,

    You'll need to wait for DWP to assess you and made a decision unfortunately because it's impossible to give you a definite answer on an internet forum. It can take 12-20 weeks for DWP to make a decision, once they have they will write to you.

    Thanks for reply ..it's been 12 weeks since I sent form off so fingers crossed ..has any one else had bk dated money for dates 2012 - 2013 ...

    Lots of people have received backdated money from between various years. Lots of people haven't been owed anything. It really depends on your circumstances and which group you were in at that time.
