    I had my tribunal yesterday I came out convinced I wasnt going to get it and today got a letter i was award standard  rate for daily living and enhanced rate for mobility  I have secondry progressive MS. 
    it helped writing a diary for a month
    and pointing out all the flaws the nurse came round
