    Hi folks,

I'm new here but I hope you all don't mind me asking a question?

I received a big form and a letter informing me I may be eligible for extra ESA payments for a period of about 4 years (2012-2016)

I recently filled in the form and returned it.

Has anyone any idea when I might expect a decision on this matter?

    Hi,

Decisions for the underpayments are currently taking between 12-20 weeks. They are contacting everyone that transferred across form IB to ESA some are owed money, some are not.

Once a decision is made you'll be sent the decision letter.
