Whether it's accepted or not, i have no idea. If i go somewhere then i just take my PIP award with me, if i want a free carer.
Community champion and proud winner of the 2019 empowering others award. This award was given for supporting disabled people and
their families for the benefit advice i have given to members here on the community.
Venues have to make reasonable adjustments if you have a disability and most of the time I do not have to show any proof, even at the cinema with no CEA card. I am gutted that I paid for a disabled person's railcard only to find that in National Rail conditions of travel it states if you remain in your wheelchair during the journey, yourself and your companion get the same discount as with the card.

Unfortunately these aren't nationally accepted, so it would depend on the individual company if they chose to accept this.

A very warm welcome.
As @Chloe_Scope as explained it will be a matter of you checking with the actual venue or attraction, that they accept the card, before you visit.
You could try the Hull Truck Theatre company, as a first port of call.
You could also try Flamingo-land.
Keep us informed.
Hi @janecan and welcome to the community!
You should maybe keep a copy of any award letter in your purse/wallet in case you need further proof.
Best wishes.
