    There's no timescales, but expect a face to face assessment because most have them. How long, depends on backlog in your area.

    Once you have had your PIP assessment you can request a copy of your assessment report and on receiving it you can work out what your award may should be but you still have to wait for the official award letter notification letter. The decision makers mostly go with the recommendations of the assessment report.
