Hi,There's been quite a few petitions on the forum in the past few months, here's one of them.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Hello, it all depends if you get a justified and honest pip award that you the claiment deserves, or a disgruntled claiment who applied for pip in the hope they would or should be granted an award by their own opinion and everybody in between from wrongly submitting non important evidence or lack of it to the HP wrongly reporting people's abilities which then leads to Mrs and Tribunal's. Yes it needs an overhaul, but we have to remember the benefit system is not a bottom less pit of money.

wilko.....of course the benefit system is not a bottomless pit and is not a free for all for benefit fraudsters,
People who get the wrong award are hopefully people who then go to MR or tribunal and get the right award. These are genuine claimants and someone has to address these issues. -
Hi @pollyanna1052, I am sure that there will be one available out there. Scope recognises that this is an ongoing problem, but unfortunately the community team would not be able to make a petition from Scope. We appreciate that this is a very important topic for a lot of people and hope to support people who are affected by this.
If you do find one then you are welcome to post it.Scope -
