You know when I have a pip review in 2030 and my learning Disabilty has stayed the same and my mobility has got worser what what happens if I put my learning Disabilty is still the same but my mobility has got worser.

No point in worrying about it. PIP may not even exist in its current form a decade from now.

Humans might not even still exist in 2030!   As you probably know DLA was around before PIP, so there might be another 'new' benefit that comes out within the next 10 years instead, can't really worry about it yet!

But in answer to your question, if your mobility became bad enough at your next assessment, you could get some extra money for that yes.  You should also inform the DWP before the next assessment if your health deteriorates to the point that you were entitled to mobility.
