I am definitely a night owl, I love night time but I'm also awake alot at night as I find it difficult to sleep.

I'd say I'm a bit of both, I like to have a healthy balance with my bed times and get up timesOnline Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing? Flag your concerns with us.

I would say a Night Owl as I often listen to late night radio. Problem is the rest of the family often get up early and so I am then awake.

Neither! I seem to need a lot of sleep - I go to bed early, at about 9:30pm, and don’t wake up until gone 8am.

Have you got a favourite radio station @roberttaylor570?
