There was a thread (which i can no longer see) about a member having an accident, and rather than being supportive I was unhelpful, I have no excuse other than being really fed up and not feeling well, neither of which is an excuse and I would like here and now to say i am sorry if i offended anyone it is not the standard i usually stick to here and i will try and make sure it doesn't happen again.
