I don't think I've been getting the £20 uplift. Is it included if you also get CA?

Hi. I had a question about the UC £20 bonus, I've just heard about it, and have not been getting it, as far as I know. Is it included if you also get carers allowance? I'm getting £342.72 UC and £162.92 carers. Thank you

Just to further explain, without the £20 uplift, your standard allowance would have been just £256.05 so you are currently receiving it @asv321.
