I don't have first-hand experience of any of these sites, so please remember to check that you're comfortable sharing your details with them before signing up!

Another good way of meeting people can be to join other social groups for things you're interested in, as you immediately have something in common. Do you have any specific interests? This can be a good way of increasing your confidence in interacting with other people, as well as allowing you to meet a wide range of people.

If you're aged over 20, you might like to consider joining Scope and CP Sport's online CP Cafe. This isn't a dating service, but it would allow you to meet virtually and share experiences with others who live with CP.

In terms of connecting with other people with autism, I am wondering if you have heard of the National Autistic Society's social groups? If you are interested, you can find out more information about these at https://www.autism.org.uk/what-we-do/support-in-the-community/social-groups

It's been a while since your last post, so I just wanted to check in and see how you're doing with it all? It takes so much courage to be vulnerable and ask for support, especially when it comes to topics like this. I wonder if you have tried any of the services recommended above? It can be so validating to connect with other disabled people, even if only as a friendship, which is why it's great to see you here. You have already taken the first step

If it helps, this is something that many people in the community also find difficult, so you're not alone in any way. Still, you deserve to experience love in exactly the same way as everyone else & I really hope that some of these suggestions will help you get there.
