    Helo again ,but im waitin very long time not come letter or message  to my account  . My phone conversation (CHDA) UC50  is 03.03.2021 and now is 9 weeks later ,  please all day when call  for more onfo not give me..... who give me this information for my health assessment ? Thanks

    I presume you are waiting for a decision  after your assessment 

    It can take a long time I'm afraid with all the backlogs all you can do is wait or calk or put a note in your journal

    Please  help me this stuff is Jooking with me all day is transfer me this phone need i call and tell me NEED MAYBE NEED UPDATE ....way?? Im waiting fro desember dont have any piople to help me cand found my claim affter discution

    Sorry bit it is a bit hard to understand your comments 

    If you are wanting an update you can either call them or put an entry in your journal mark it as a payment or service query then it should go to your case manager

    @albenq, @janer1967  has stated write a note in your journal expressing  your concerns and worries and mark it urgent, request a telephone call if needed. I did this and received to answer phone messages no missed called. Wrote in my journal again asked what’s going on . Received a call the next day and was informed that the department hat two phone systems one went to answer phone without leaving a trace and he was now talking on the correct system, my concerns where sorted out in a short telephone conversation.
